Cancellation policy

Subscription Management

If you have enrolled in a recurring subscription for our technical gear, you may cancel your enrollment at any time. To prevent being charged for the subsequent billing cycle, cancellations must be processed at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled payment date.

You may manage your subscription through the following channels:

  • Customer Portal: Log in to your account on our website to manage active subscriptions.

  • Direct Access: Utilize the "Manage Subscription" link found in your original confirmation email.

  • Studio Support: Contact us directly at hello@theorbitbrand.com.

If a cancellation occurs after a payment has been processed, your subscription will be terminated for all future cycles; however, the current order will be fulfilled and dispatched as scheduled. We do not offer refunds on subscription renewals that have already been processed.

Pre-Order Engineering

For assets purchased via pre-order, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has entered the shipping phase.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, the order is considered fulfilled and our standard Return Policy applies. To initiate a pre-order cancellation, please email hello@theorbitbrand.com with your specific order number.

Program Evolution

As we continue to develop the Orbit Brand ecosystem, we reserve the right to modify the benefits, pricing, and terms of our subscription or pre-order programs at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes via email before they take effect to ensure your system remains optimized.
