We stand by the engineering and precision of our carry goods. We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for a Return

To ensure the integrity of our ecosystem, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it: new, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the process, access your Customer Portal via the Account icon in our main menu.

  • Registered Users: Log in to view your order history and select the items for return.

  • Guest Users: Locate your order using the email address provided at checkout.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted. For assistance, contact our support studio at hello@theorbitbrand.com.

Damages & Precision Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at once. We will evaluate the discrepancy and rectify the issue to ensure your system is complete.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on Final Sale items or Digital Gift Cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is processed and accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For our customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Refunds & Currency Standards

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Currency Standard: All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars).

  • International Conversion: If your payment method is denominated in a different currency (e.g., SGD, EUR, GBP), your bank will convert the USD refund back to your local currency.

  • Note: The final amount appearing on your statement may vary slightly from the original purchase price due to global exchange rate fluctuations and bank processing fees. The Orbit Brand is not responsible for these external currency differences.
