1. Alcantara® Care Guide

(For The Card Holder, The Passport Wallet, The Key Fob Case)

Alcantara® is a sophisticated, high-performance material. With the right care, it will maintain its soft, suede-like texture and rich color for years.

Daily Maintenance To keep the material fresh, we recommend regular, gentle cleaning.

  • Dust Removal: Use a soft brush or a clean, dry cloth to gently remove dust from the surface.

Critical Care Protocols

  • Avoid Submersion: Do not soak the material in water for extended periods.

  • No Machines: Do not place the product in a washing machine.

  • No Steam: Avoid steam cleaning equipment.

  • Be Gentle: Do not rub aggressively during cleaning; let the material breathe.

  • Work Inward: Wipe from the edge of the stain toward the center to prevent spreading.

  • Indirect Application: Never pour cleaning agents directly onto the material. Apply to a cloth first.

Specific Treatments:

  • Water-Soluble Stains (Juice, Coffee, Wine): Dab with a cloth dampened with lukewarm water. "Rinse" by dabbing with a clean, damp cloth. Air dry.

  • Water-Insoluble Stains (Oil, Makeup, Ink): Dab with a cloth lightly dampened with ethyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). Rinse with a damp cloth. Air dry.

2. Vegan Leather Care

(For The Valet Tray)

Our Premium Vegan Leather is selected for its structural integrity and water resistance.

  • General Cleaning: Simply wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth to remove dust or spills.

  • What to Avoid: Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbers, as they can damage the textured finish.

3. The Phone Strap Care

(For The Phone Strap)

  • The Cord: The high-density woven cord can be spot-cleaned. Use a damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap, gently dabbing the affected area. Allow it to air dry completely.

  • The Hardware: The polished gunmetal hardware can be wiped with a dry, soft cloth to restore its shine and remove fingerprints.
