Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched from our studio.

Shipping Rates

Zone 1: Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei

  • Rate: Free Tracked Shipping on all orders.

  • Service: Doorstep Courier with Tracking.

International (Rest of the World)

  • Orders Over $80.00 USD: FREE Tracked Shipping.

  • Orders Under $80.00 USD: A flat rate of $12.00 USD applies.

  • Service: International Tracked Priority.

Estimated Delivery Times

While we strive for maximum precision, please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or regional postal service delays.

  • USA, UK, AU, EU: 6–12 business days

  • Singapore (Domestic): 2–5 business days

  • Malaysia: 5–10 business days

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theorbitbrand.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate immediately.

International Orders: Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

For all international orders dispatched outside of Singapore, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees applied by their country's customs department. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.

Incorrect Address

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us at hello@theorbitbrand.com immediately. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so after the order has been processed for dispatch.
